2010 Golden Globes Nominations

This morning, the nominations for the 2010 Golden Globe Awards were announced in Los Angeles by The Office's John Krasinski, Inglorious Basterds' Diane Kruger and Justin Timberlake.

When Justin Timberlake announced Emily Blunt's nominations, he teased John Krasinski by saying something to the effect 'Someone's going to have a great night tonight'. It was pretty funny.

Interesting that both Nine and Avatar received nominations and both films have not been released yet! That gets the buzz going on those pictures, doesn't it?

This is one of the best award shows because it is somewhat casual and fun, is considered to be a pre-cursor to the Oscars (in terms of winners, although that hasn't always been the case) and it mixes both movies and television! The Golden Globes will air on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 8 p.m. est.
