50 Cent joins cast of 'Odd Thomas'

Variety are reporting that rapper-turned-actor 50 Cent has snagged the role of blind deejay Shamus Cocobolo in Stephen Sommers big screen adaptation of the Dean Koontz novel Odd Thomas. He will star alongside Anton Yelchin who plays the titular hero, Addison Timlin, Willem Dafoe, Patton Oswalt, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Nico Tortorella.
