It's official, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green are the first two coaches announced for
NBC's new singing competition show,
The Voice. That's a big get for the show, as they both currently have big Music careers. They haven't announced the other two coaches just yet, but I'm certain one of them has to be some sort of an A&R person, don't you think? The show is set to premiere on
Tuesday, April 26th at
9PM on
NBC. I'm actually kind of curious to see it.
This is how the show will work (from the press release):The first begins with the blind audition, then the competition enters into a battle phase, and finally, the live performance Shows. The show's casting team is working with the Music Industry and searching the country for the best singers to bring to the blind audition process.
