Afghan photographer Adnan Ghalib has been ordered to stay away from Britney Spears for the next three years.....

A Los Angeles judge has issued a permanent restraining order against the pop tart's former boyfriend, who is currently awaiting trial on charges that he mowed down a process server with his car after the city worker tried to present him with a temporary order of protection barring him access to Spears.
