African goddess Chantal Biya has returned

First Lady of Cameroon Chantal Biya is back!!! She joined France's First Lady Carla Bruni and 14 First Ladies of African countries at the Bastille Day parade in Paris today. And it looks like there's a hater in the group. One bish who has her hair covered is giving my goddess Chantal some hateful side eye:
