Amanda Bynes' body looked amazing at Perez Hilton's birthday bash. Her arms were shapely and her long legs looked amazing. The only problem was her skin color. It looked off next to her dress. Well, it looked off. Period. Arms, body, and legs were orange. Face and hands were pale. She seems like a sweet girl but this picture is cringe-inducing.
