Amanda Bynes Charged With DUI, Asks Obama to Fire Arresting Officer

Back in April, Amanda Bynes sideswiped a cop car and tried to drive off. She was arrested for DUI. Today, she was officially charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI but not charged with hit-and-run. Now the D.A. wants a sentencing enhancement because Amanda refused a breathalyzer or a blood test. Wait, you can do that? Apparently, you can, but if you're convicted of a DUI, the penalties are more severe.
