Amy Winehouse had a secret boob job right before her stint on last night's "Strictly Come Dancing".

She planned her comeback for Sunday night's backing performance to protege and Goddaughter, Dionne Bromfield. Dionne sang "Mama Said" while Amy bopped in the background. Her boobs didn't look insanely huge, but she was only said to have upgraded to a 32D.
