An Arrest Warrant Has Been Issued For Cuba Gooding Jr

An arrest warrant was issued today, Tuesday, July 31, for actor Cuba Gooding Jr. in New Orleans after a female bartender accused him of shoving her.
The incident in question happened early this morning at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street. A battery warrant was issued and Cuba could be arrested at any time.
His rep confirmed that he was at The Old Absinthe House, but had no further comment.
