Arsenal reject Barca bid for Fabregas

European Champions Barcelona have reportedly had a bid for Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas rejected.
Fabregas - a former Barcelona trainee - has been a long term target for Catalan club and after months of speculation, Barcelona have finally tabled an offer in the region believed to be 27 million.
