Brett Favre fined $50,000, not suspended for failure to cooperate. After a rather inconclusive and perhaps ineffective investigation, National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell has fined Favre $50,000. sexual harassment couldn't be proven, however a “failure to cooperate” was apparent. Favre will not be suspended for his actions, although there's always the chance Favre could briefly retire from the game after an injury-riddled season.
