Balthazar Getty Not Leaving "Brothers & Sisters

Contrary to online reports, Balthazar Getty is not leaving the cast of the hit ABC drama Brothers & Sisters.

Rumors that he is leaving the show are not true, a rep for the star said Monday.

There have been whispers that Balthazar would part ways with the show, citing rumor of strife with the cast and crew of the show as well as his turbulent personal life.

In July, Balthazar left his wife, Rosetta, and was subsequently photographed kissing topless actress Sienna Miller.
