Bar Refaeli will be the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model, reports Co-Ed Mag.

The 23-year-old Israeli model will be a guest on tonight's Late Show with David Letterman and will reveal the cover of the 2009 Swimsuit Edition featuring herself. On Sunday, Bar was seen catching a flight from LA to NYC.

Congrats, Bar! Can't wait to see the SI cover. We're sure her boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio can't wait
