Oscar-nominated actor Brad Pitt met with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the U.S. Capitol in Washington to garner her support for his "Make It Right" Initiative.
The project was launched in 2007 to construct affordable housing for low-income residents of New Orleans' Lower 9th Ward who lost their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
