The folks in Columbia, South Carolina - where the infamous Bong-Gate occurred at a college party - really need to sit down, take a hit, eat some nachos, and watch some infomericals until 4 in the morning.
Sheriff Leon Lott was taking heat for going solely after Fishy Phelps...or for even caring at all. So what did Lott do? He decided to go after the whole party.
