Britney Rejected $10 million Offer from The X Factor

Looks like Britney found the shows offer cheap enough in sitting as mentor in Simon Cowell's hit "The X Factor." As the show is nearing its upfront presentation this coming May 14th, the two judges' chairs are still empty. It doesn't make it easier that while the show is scrambling to find replacements for both Nicole and Paula, one prospect mentor declined the offer to be one of the judges of the 2nd season of FOX's show.
