Britney Spears has been frantically texting her paparazzo ex, Adnan Ghalib, despite a restraining order that's supposed to bar him access to her for the next three years.

According to insiders, the "Womanizer" star has sent the British photog a series of text messages in the past week begging him to help her get out of living under the control of her father.
