Charlie Sheen's crackhead ex-wife Brooke Mueller is trying her hand at rehab for the 364th time - this time a rehab facility in Cancun, Mexico that utilizes hallucinogens in the treatment process. Yeah, it made perfect sense to me, too. TMZ says:
