Just when she thought she was safe, it is being reported that Carrie Prejean has lost her crown and was recently fired.

K2 Productions, the independent producers of the Miss California USA pageant, under license from Miss Universe, says there were several breaches of contract issues - leading to Miss Prejean's firing.
