Skylar Astin (Taking Woodstock) and Justin Chon (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) are in talks to join Miles Teller (Rabbit Hole) in the comedy 21 and Over. Variety provides the logline: [21 and Over] follows two childhood friends who drag their straight-arrow buddy out to celebrate his 21st birthday the night before an all-important med school interview.
