Jon, I was a stay at home dad for only 2 back in the mid eighties to the early nineties. I know how hard it must be with eight, and I, from what I see on the show believe you handle it very well. I ended up in divorce because of my wifes travelling and the strain it put on our lives. I will feel guilty until the day I die because of how I feel about my children. I don't care what Psycho-babble I hear about the effect divorce has on the children. From what I see, it has a definite negative effect, no matter how hard you work to avoid it.
