Celebrity Robin Ariel Holgate Plans to Overturn Wrongful Conviction

On 4,28,2009 Robin Ariel Ross St. Claire Holgate was convicted of Criminal Sexual contact of a minor (Third Degree) in Curry County, New Mexico. Robin Holgate's fans/friends and he himself will tell you he didn't do anything to deserve being convicted. Since 2009 when Robin was convicted of a crime that never happened his life has been pure hell. Robin has eaten, slept, and breathed the words freedom and clear my name for "I am innocent". It is now three years since Robin went to prison, was released on house arrest and placed on probation in the town of Clovis in Curry County, New Mexico after being falsely accused two years after they separated by a former girlfriend of molestation of her son. Penniless and alone Robin plans to clear his name if it takes the rest of his life.
Robin has always maintained his innocence and has always protested that he was the victim of a miscarriage of justice. In April 2, 2012 Robin's probation may be over and he might be called 'free', but he won't rest until his conviction is overturned. 'Until Robins name is cleared he in a sense is still in prison.
At this point Robin doesn't really know exactly how he will go about clearing his good name but he does say he will, because he is innocent, honest, and it is wrong for someone who is innocent to go through life labeled a sex offender for a crime they never committed. Robin states that he will "never give up until justice is served". Robin does have some press releases planned in the next few months when he can start using YouTube, Twitter, and other channels he wasn't permitted to use during his probation. Robin has a lot of fans/friends worldwide who support him and believe wholeheartedly in his innocence, but it doesn't make the work ahead of him any easier. Having lost everything he owned during and after his conviction Robin has no funds to hire a lawyer. He has no job and with the accusations and conviction against him, having to stay clear of certain areas because of his sex offender label Robin isn't sure he will ever be able to secure any kind of gainful employment other than the music career he has been working on.Basicly as far as jobs are concerned Robin has been placed in a straightjacket. At present Robin Holgate sings for free online but he has been hoping that someone would offer him a recording contract.
A YouTube channel Exoneratmefromliars has been set up on YouTube for Robin and others who share the same experience he has. There are also Innocence Project groups started for wrongfully convicted persons but most of these use DNA testing to free the wrongfully convicted. In Robins case there is no DNA and there is no other suspect to find because there never was a crime committed. Without DNA it makes it even harder to free an innocent man or woman.Robins case is a travesty.
There is one video online on various websites of a music artist/friend of Robin from Australia who knew all the facts in Robin Holgate's case from the actual accusation to sentencing. This honest man came forward on Robin's behalf and told the truth about what happened to Robin.That video is submitted here with this article.
