Celebs come out for a big bash!

PAPER Magazine and HP celebrated their joint 25th birthday at The New York Public Library on September 8 (which NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg has now officially named "PAPER Magazine Day") to kick off Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Kanye West and Amber Rose, Mischa Barton and Lydia Hearst came to celebrate the dual birthday.
