Chelsea Handler to Host MTV VMA's

MTV announced yesterday that Chelsea Handler will host this year's Video Music Awards!

The comedian, 35, will emcee the show, broadcast live from Los Angeles on September 12.

"Everyone knows that when you think of rap music and hip-hop you think of Chelsea Lately," Handler joked on Wednesday's Chelsea Lately. "And that's why I will be hosting them."
