Looks like he's got no more explaining to do!
A lot of people were pretty confused on Tuesday after a pic of Chris Brown's new tattoo surfaced. The tattoo looked like, at first glance, an image of his battered ex-gf or a battered female.
Right after hearing the allegations, the 23-year-old singer's rep quickly denied that the body art was inspired by Brown's ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, or any battered woman.
