Chris Brown has lost it!

According to TMZ.com (my celeb bible) Chris Brown turned himself into the LAPD last night for allegedly attacking R&B singer Rihanna (still trying to confirm it's her police refuse to identify who the women is). Police say Brown and the women ha a heated exchange in a rented car. Brown pulled over and the fight continued outside the car. Once the police got there they found the victim with visable wounds all over and Brown was no where to
