Chris Brown looks for hearing delay

Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, asked the California Supreme Court to postpone Brown's hearing on Monday.

This is a strategic delay by Brown's attorney to buy time to access LAPD records related to Rihanna's photo leak. Requests have been passed several times and several times have also been denied. Brown has been accused of beating Rihanna last February. Rihanna has been subpoenaed to testify in the supposed Monday hearing.
