Christina Applegate's Ex-B-Friend Died

Christina Applegate issued the following statement about her former boyfriend, Lee Grivas, "Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life," said in a statement. "He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, brother and all of his family and friends."

The Los Angeles Coroner's Office has confirmed reports that the twenty-six year old was found dead in his L.A home on Tuesday, July 1st.

The National Enquirer broke the story with a source who says Grivas may have died of a drug overdose. "Applegate and Grivas, a 26-year-old skateboarder and photographer, had a rocky on-again, off-again relationship due to his continual battle with drugs and alcohol," according to the Enquirer. "But the couple had decided to give it one last shot this past April when Grivas made another attempt at getting clean."

Applegate is 36 and hot as a fox, successful and smart. Grivas would not kill himself just for that alone... but could it be she broke his heart and drugs were the only way for him to escape his misery? I don't know... but what I do know is that it's a tragedy that a 26yr old dies.
