A fresh-faced and makeup free Ciara stopped by a salon with a couple of her puppies in tow Thursday afternoon (Jul 7). The R&B/Pop singer was also spotted as she stopped on a sidewalk to give her pups, who were both being carried in a LV puppy bag, a quick potty break.
