Court Denies Chris Brown's Request To Delay Monday's Hearing

The California Supreme Court has shot down Chris Brown's request to postpone Monday's hearing where it will be decided if there is enough evidence for him to stand trial for allegedly beating Rihanna. Apparently his lawyers were trying to get the hearing delayed in an effort to find more information on the leaked photo of Rihanna, so far he's come up short in that area as well.
