Rapper Jay-Z and his BFF Alex Rodriguez (of the NY Yankees) sat courtside Friday night (Nov 6) at New York City's Madison Square Garden as the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks battled it out with a final score of 100 to 91, in Cleveland's favor.
