MOTION OF PERJURY FILED AGAINST ACTRESS Gail O"GRADY A Motion is being filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against actress Gail O'Grady for perjury. In this case; submitting false testimony under oath. On January 30, 2010, actress Gail O'Grady submitted a false written statement and wrongly accused her former friend Steven Church of stalking and threatening not only her but her five year old son. Her manager, and her agent. An Investigation found it was all fabricated. Sources close to the case have learned authorities have been contacted and are looking into charges against O'Grady for filing a false police report, which also contradicts her civil court statement and accusations. According to Los Angeles court records theO'Grady / Church P. R. O. case was originally dismissed by Judge Carol Boas Goodson at the request of Gail O'Grady's attorney Tamar Arminak, shortly after 9:00 a.m. on February 18, 2010, then 30 minutes later; strangely the case continued without Steven Church's witnesses, evidence and most importantly without his attorney present. Court documents show Judge Carol Boas Goodson oddly marked Gail O'Grady as present in court, when witnesses and several published reports state Gail O'Grady was not present.
Several motions for an appeal was filed by attorney George Mgdesyan representing Steven Church in Los Angeles Superior Court concerning the civil case of Gail O'Grady v Church. "Gross misconducts" were duly noted in court. However the motion for an appeal based on Mr Church was not properly represented was denied. Two more motions for an appeal are in place.
Noted were allegations of grievous misconduct on Gail O'Grady's contracted private investigator Scott Ross. According to witnesses, Ross approached Steven Church outside of the courtroom following the dismissal, harassed and threatened Church to sign a gag order and repeatedly asked why Church appeared in court and to "go back home." TMZ had incorrectly reported Church "going ballistic inside the courtroom". Several sources confirmed this is not true, along with all reports and stories regarding Gail O'Grady and Steven Church turned out to be complete fabrications and submissions by Scott Ross. It turns out Ross, in an unrelated case is being accused of witness tampering, in a murder trial by Deputy District Attorney John Lewin according to several published reports. Thanks to Ross's grandstanding, bullying rogue tactics, sources close to the case say they are keeping an eye on the O'Grady case.
Many experts are speculating Gail O'Grady and her private investigator are covering something up. Weeks following the court hearing Scott Ross went on to blog on TMZ several times insisting there was "no agreement for dismissal". However court records prove beyond a shadow of a doubt Gail O'Grady's attorney moved for dismissal and Judge Carol Boas Goodson dismissed the case, with Scott Ross present in court.
Also discovered, Scott Ross was having meetings with Beverly Hills police detectives, bullying, "lobbying" to cover up O'Grady's false police report.
In a remarkable turn of events, popular Tabloid website TMZ released the real names behind posting and blogs pertaining to actress Gail O'Grady's false stalking story recently.
For instance, documented on January 30, 2010, A supposed TMZ "blogger" by the name of "John Doe" claimed to have known the falsely accused defendant Steven Church well. Submitting statements such as; "I know this Church guy." "Church is a psycho" and "needs his medication adjusted"; "don't let your kids near him either".
We cannot begin tell you all the legalities behind baseless harsh statements like this can do: defamation of character, slander, libel. The list is long.
But TMZ revealed to everyone this blog among several others with similar false allegations were written by none other than Gail O'Grady's own Private Investigator Scott Ross.
It should be noted prior to the Febraury 18, 2010 altercation, Mr. Ross had never met and does not know Mr. Church.
Scott Ross had made similar comments, even noted to be arguing with supporters of Mr. Church, those defaming comments have since been deleted by the TMZ staff. Ross even made threats on TMZ blogs directly to Mr Church. Ross boasting he somehow held the authority and power to have Church put in jail, to "go away" and "disappear" if Church insisted on defending himself and clear his name. Those comments have since been deleted by TMZ.
We could not reach TMZ, or Mr. Church for comment. We were notified Ms.O'Grady was in Canada filming a CW pilot, "Hellcats," produced by CBSTelevision Studios.
From why they met, what the relationship was with Church, his relationship with her son, evenO'Grady's statements about the gifts she received, what, how she accepted the gifts. The supposed threats he made, the supposed trips he made to her home, work, school, shockingly, every detail of Gail O'Grady's story was fabricated.
Among the deception... O'Grady claimed under oath she was "in fear of her life," but had her attorneys ask Church to sign a "gag order" of the details of their relationship as part of the original dismissal. In August of 2009, just days following what she claims were discussions of a business proposal from Church,O'Grady claimed Church harassed, threatened her and her son, manager and her agent Jeff Witjas of APA who also reps Betty White. But according to phone records, texts, notarized affidavits from witnesses and emails obtained prove that Gail O'Grady flat-out lied. Church contacted her manager by phone and email to ask her out on a date, according to the emails he made it clear there was no business or "shop talk". The email obtained and its language was clear what his intentions were. In response, O'Grady called him that day. In every text and email obtained, Church never once threatened her or her son, and the only business at hand according the texts and emails exchanged was a romantic courtship between Church and O'Grady. Her agent, Jeff Witjas, vice president of APA and Church still speak to this day on several projects. The investigators also obtained affidavits and witnesses who spoke directly with O'Grady, making comments how "good Church is to her and her son," and Church "is a dear friend," "Steve is very caring and giving." Receipts, photos and witnesses accounts in notarized statements prove Church and O'Grady had a "non-working relationship," and were "very close friends" leading all the way up to the middle of January 2010. They were seen together at various places in Los Angeles such as the Pantages Theater, The Grove, Morton's Steakhouse, History Museum, Penny Marshall's home, and the W. Hotel. O'Grady alleged Church had gone to her home and a store she owns "on a daily basis" and even her son's school. The Investigation proved Church had not been near her home since December 15, 2009, and according to witnesses and documents obtained he was an invited guest of O'Grady staying there as long as 4 hours to install a trampoline he got for her son.
The Investigation proved Church went to O'Grady's store once, invited by her in a text on November 21, 2009.
The Investigation and school surveillance also proved that Church went to her son's school once in Beverly Hills on November 9, 2009. Church was seen accompanying Gail O'Grady. Video shows Church, O'Grady, and her son walking out together all holding hands on the afternoon of November 9, 2009. This was the first and last time Church was near or at the school. O'Grady lives a walking block away from the school. (A 30 second walk.) Which also puts a hole in O'Grady's claim Church would ask to pick her son up from school.
Completely absent in this story is the father of Gail's five year old son, Christopher Byers, who has not taken part in the false accusations and restraining order, in fact investigators learned the father does not believe any of O'Grady's story and her request for Church to stay away from his home was denied by Judge Goodson.
Investigation had found Gail O'Grady cashing a check from Church for twenty-five hundred dollars on November 10, 2009. Video surveillance, O'Grady's signature, finger prints, driver license ID prove it was Gail O'Grady.
According to texts, email and phone records obtained, Church's last contact with O'Grady was January 18, 2010, and no threats were ever made. Although O'Grady claims Church's "harassing, stalking" had begun in September of 2009, "on a daily basis"; evidence, texts, emails and phone records show O'Grady had actually been contacting Church on a daily basis from September 2009 to as late as January 17, 2010. O'Gradyeven set up a dinner date with Church via text on January 14, 2010.
And now its seems O'Grady and her private investigator even used tactics similar to imature high school girls. Several sources have confirmed prior to the February 18, 2010, O'Grady / Church civil hearing. As another form of "cyber-bullying" and intimidation, Gail O'Grady and her private investigator Scott Ross had "anonymous" bogus emails and false complaints sent to Mr. Church's place of worship in an attempt to have him banned from a Christian Church and its sponsored monthly event he attended at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills, California. The event sponsor; "St Louis Family Church" where Mr. Church had been a member of since 1998, is located in Chesterfield, Missouri, just outside of St Louis. Pastor Jeff Perry deemed the false complaints as valid and has since banned Church from attending Writers Guild Theater or St Louis Family Church.
An investigator close to the case who wished to remain anonymous said. "We find Scott Ross's actions and tactics to be very disturbing, unethical, not to mention highly unprofessional and quite unusual. The question remains in my brain why is he so hell bent on falsely accusing someone like this. We do not yet know the whole story of what Ms O'Grady is covering up; but Ross'sInvestigation obviously came up with the same results everyone else had, Mr. Church did not stalk or threaten Gail O'Grady, her son, her manager or her agent. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior. Legally speaking, this is only going to dig O'Grady a bigger hole."
When the investigator was asked on what the next steps should be, he replied, "Simple; MsO'Grady should come clean and apologize to Mr. Church, his family, friends and colleagues, ask for forgiveness and hope she can move on without facing Criminal charges. What Gail O'Grady(she) and her team have done is appalling." "
How can this slut get away with something like this. This Church guy needs to sue her and that spinelss prick Scott Ross for every peeny they have. What a shame
