CW Premiere Plan Features Tree Hill Time Swap, Smallville Delay

The CW is taking page from last year's fall playbook by kicking off early and with the premiere of 90210. The network's rollout plan also features a surprise or two.

Annie, Naomi and the gang's adventures will continue Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 8 pm/ET. Leading out of 90210 will be - dj vu alert! - the premiere of the new Melrose Place.
