Daisy Lowe Now Face of Biba

Daisy Lowe, 21-year-old model, was recently named the face of British fashion designers and retailers Biba. Lowe, a British fashion industry favorite, says it's a good fit, because she is a huge fan of the looks of the 60s. She said to The Independent newspaper recently, "I think I was just meant to be born at that time anyway. I kind of feel stuck in the late-60s and early 70s."
