Dana Barron extra weight not from pregnancy says Dana Barron friend

In a recent blog comment at Google's blogspot.com an anonymous poster claiming to be a close personal friend of Actress Dana Barron seemingly angered by all of the reports online about her reported pregnancy and baby girl on the way this November commented stating in no uncertain terms that the extra weight the actress may be carrying these days is not because of her pregnancy.

The post boggles the minds of many who are confused as to whether or not the supposed close personal friend of the actress famous mostly for her role as Audrey Griswold in the original National Lampoon's Vacation is saying that she's not pregnant and is just eating a lot or retaining water, or whether this person is saying that Dana Barron is pregnant but the extra weight is from something else.

This makes no sense to many who have been following the story and congratulating the actress on her new baby. The poster did leave an email address so clarification may be coming soon as the blog owner is said to have emailed this person back for said clarification.

Many seem to believe that Dana Barron herself is releasing information but no proof of this has ever been presented. It's possible in the opinions of a few that Dana Barron didn't want the news of her pregnancy to leak out and had a friend quietly refute the story. We may never know.

For now and speaking for myself I would rather assume Dana Barron is pregnant as the alternative is to picture the actress with a big box of Bon Bons and a crate of Ho Ho's in front of a TV set getting hooked on Soap Operas.

Personally I'm going with the pregnancy story, it's far more believable and is reported in more places. I never trust much of what I read in blogs anyway. Opinions vary though.

That's not a flattering picture of Dana Barron. I don't know what to believe. I'm sure she is pregnant it's all over the place it's not just here on igossip. It's probably a friend who thought he or she was helping and ended up doing the opposite. I have plenty of friends like that.

She looks pretty good for 45 or how ever old she is. True not as skinny as we're used to seeing her but even Audrey Griswold must grow old. Take it from me it's not easy to stay young. I do believe she's pregnant though and the friend comment in the smits blog on google that you're referencing was nothing more than a prank by someone.

Some friend. Probably thought he or she or it was helping Dana out. I agree too many reports of her being pregnant for her not to be. Too many sources besides just gossip sites. Julia is right it's probably just a back pedal thing.

That photo was taken when she was 3 months or so pregnant according to the date of the photo at imdb and the math of her being due in November with a girl. It's not the best photo, the lighting is bad and who ever did her makeup should get a new job but I will say that I agree with what other comments have said in that this story sounds like a back pedal to me. I don't think the pregnancy was supposed to leak but I don't think this friend of Dana Barron's did her any favor by saying she's heavy because of eating and not pregnancy. We all know what they meant but it's really stupid wording if you ask me.

The story I got was that she is pregnant but it's the father she's keeping secret. I think this story is just a misguided bumbling friend trying to help and just making things worse for the poor girl. Everyone wishes her well with the new baby so her friends should just stay out of it I think. It's better to be pregnant and have that explain why she's heavy now than it is to say she just is eating a lot. lol I mean come on! Some friend, with friends like that who needs enemies.

By all accounts she looks pretty good in this pic for being 3 or 4 months pregnant in it. I don't know what all the fuss is about. Everyone has babies people.

Well I agree with the other comments because I saw the Dana Barron Baby Bump photo on Shine and she looks pretty darn pregnant to me. I don't know who this supposed friend is but they'r full of it. Dana Barron is definitely with child.

I didn't see any baby bump pix but I did see a topless photo of her on that shine site. Some laying in the sun pic. I think she is preggers but she's trying to keep it quiet. I guess gossip sites don't help. Whooopsie! Her friend who wrote that comment is a bumbling idiot. Someone wrote a blog post about that idiot in fact. I would strangle who ever it was.

It's depressing to see Dana Barron from Vacation getting and looking much older. That just means I'm getting old too. She still looks ok but I agree with others that her days of playing 20 year olds are long gone. Take it from me it happens to the best of us. lol I'm sure she's going to have her hands full with the new baby so I doubt she cares much. She's probably got hugh craving for weird foods right now being 7 monnth's pregnant if the stories of her being due in November of this year are true. I craved clams for some odd reason. I would love to hear what Dana Barron is craving just for fun. Don't pay any attention to this friend thing. It was probably some child screwing around and commenting in a blog. It happens all the time.

This story was proved to be untrue. Dana Barron is in fact pregnant. The real discussion now is who the dad is in a few discussion forums online. Most think it's her ex-husband's kid. This is more than likely the case in my opinion. I just think it's crazy that Dana Barron is getting so popular online. She's nowhere to be found for 20+++ years and now BAM she's everywhere. Vacation is on TV tonight on the Travel channel too which is bound to raise searches for her name and add a few more into the discussion fray. Good for her I say, I don't think this photo of her is very flattering but I think she's underrated as an actress, or maybe over forgotten is a better choice of words. lol

Even though we now know Dana had a baby back this past November I would just like to say that everyone needs to remember that Dana Barron is creeping up on 50 real fast so cut the girl a little slack if she's getting chunky or a little plump in the rump and belly. Based on her body frame I would guess she has to starve herself to stay thin. Her body probably wants to be a little on the round side. Even in Vacation back in 1983 she wasn't a thin girl by any means. She is what she is. And she's entitled to put on a few pounds after having 5 kids for goodness sake!!

The word on the web is that Dana Barron is pregnant again! This time someone said it was by someone she met on her Facebook page. Holy cow there's a Facebook page to sign up for boys. Not to judge but holy cow for a girl who from what I read in some interview she did has to make her own pants and other clothes because she can't afford to buy clothes she sure has a lot of kids. God bless her though.
