Dana Barron as indicated by other reports on various sites online and here on igossip is reportedly pregnant with her 5th child. An online poll has shown a great number of people are pushing for a girl or twins for the actress famous mostly for her role as Audrey Griswold in the first National Lampoon's Vacation movie.
Internet gossip blogs around the web are reporting that Dana Barron is allegedly having a girl, and is due sometime in November of this year. This will undoubtedly win a few bets from those who answered the "is Dana Barron having a girl or a boy" poll here on igossip and at poll daddy.
Some reports have come in of the actress shopping for baby clothes. No photos of these events have been obtained however one popular blog reports that the actress is in good health and is appreciative of all the attention and support she's getting from fans, especially with regard to her being a single mom this time around.
As news comes in more reports will follow. Dana Barron again is famous for playing Audrey Griswold in National Lampoon's Vacation and is the mother of 4 other children. Reports of her recent divorce hit the internet this past February, which makes this 5th child all the more surprising and interesting. Is it the ex husbands?? No word yet.
Speaking of support and blogs. One specific blog online is now infamous among Thousands of online visitors for depicting the actress in various "humor" based (used loosely) stories along side such characters as Mcgruff the crime dog, Hugh Laurie, & a moderately popular by all rights Blue collar guitar player named Jeff Fiorentino. As a point of note even this blog run by someone named Samantha Anders has left this baby topic alone. A few other blogs have said that this is a good thing as it would be in poor taste to pick on the actress during a very serious personal issue like a pregnancy.
More reports will be available as I get them. My personal best wishes also go out to Dana Barron. I and I'm sure many others wish her and the new baby girl good health and prosperity.

So that means in her new photos that are on imdb she was 3 months preggers or so. That's probably about right from her appearance. You don't show much at 3 months but you do start to get cravings shall we say. lol I speak from experience there.

I thought no meant no. I guess I was wrong because Dana Barron said YES to someone and is reported to be pregnant and due sometime in November 2009 with a baby girl. Awwww how cute! I bet the little one will go on to reprise her mother's role in Vacation as Audrey Griswold with a 2027 remake. Congratulations just the same to Dana Barron.

She looks pretty good for a gal pushing 45. I was pleased to read she was doing well, still acting, and has 4 other kids. That's really cool. You don't often get to find out interesting facts about actors from yeseryear let alone ones that played such an iconic role as Audrey Griswold. I agree she's wearing some baby weight in her latest photos but she still looks fantastic like I said before.

I met Dana Barron once. I agree with someone else who said it. This girl is STUCK UP! Real high on herself. I'm happy for her being pregnant but I don't think she deserves any press.

This story is all over the Vacation groups at Yahoo and a few message boards too. It seems everyone wishes Dana well. November is a good month. That's Scorpio isn't it? Congrats to Dana Barron I hope number 5 is as healthy as numbers 1 through 4.

I read online that she got divorced earlier this year when she walked in on her husband in bed with a GUY! HOLY MOLY this Dana person is having a really bad year unless she's seeing the new baby as a silver lining. She's a long way from Vacation I guess.

I met Dana once a long time ago and I disagree with who ever said she was stuck up. She seemed really nice. I agree she's not very outgoing but don't hold that against her. Obviously she's pregnant so she's not anti-social she's just a bit stand offish. I wish her and her new baby well. It's nice to see Dana is still acting too.

Rumor control: Dana Barron mentioned here on igossip in several places for her rumored pregnancy with her 5th child and in a very popular poll that focuses on her recent rumored and well talked about full nudity scene in her latest soon to be released film titled The Invited is rumored to be receiving yet another award for her fine work in educating children to the dangers of fire safety. Barron most notably famous for her role as Audrey Griswold in National Lampoon's Vacation has reportedly worked for years with McGruff the crime dog in fire safety demos and film strips for the public school system. Dana Barron and McGruff have won several awards for their work in this field and are rumored to be receiving the coveted Excellence in Fire Education award for what is reported to be the 3rd time in the last 10 years. Congratulations go out to the actress from many of her online fans. No word as to whether or not Barron will accept the award. Her work in fire safety isn't widely known among the public despite lots of information about it online. Kudos to the actress in my opinion. It's always nice to hear a story of a Hollywood celebrity all be it a minor one in this case but a celebrity none the less giving something back. Education is its own reward but I imagine the actress is honored to be receiving the Excellence award just the same. I agree it's been a big year for Dana. Nobody has heard from her in 20 years and then she's on the TMZ site back in Feb and the divorce news and the preggers stuff and wow. One place says the kid is Jeff Fiorenino's and other gossip here says the two divorced. It's anyone's guess but I doubt it's Mcgruff the crime dog's kid. lol And I'm pretty sure it's not Hugh Laurie's either. Gossip is as gossip does I suppose. What ever the case this Jeff Fiorentino guitar person is all over searches for Dana's name specially marriage searches so it's a good guess never the less. I for one don't believe anything I read so making inferences based on stories like this is only making a raw deal for Dana Barron or Jeff Fiorentino or even Mcgruff the crime dog. I've read the comments and I think people should use their heads more. Just the same I shot an email off to Jeff Fiorentino's assistant after I got the email address from his website to get the real scoop. If I hear back I'll put up a revised story of my own on this topic.

I feel so sad for Dana Barron. It's a shame her career never took off. When I read she has to make her own clothes I almost cried. :( She did an interview I guess and she didn't have pants she could wear for the photos so she made some out of what she had around her home. OMG I'm seriously going to cry. :(

Wow here I am finding this page by accident and I'm finding out now that not only is Dana Barron not dead, she's having babies and getting divorces. OMG! I think it's terrific that she has 5 kids. I really thought this girl died a decade ago? Does she not act any longer? I imaging she must be like 50 now so probably not I suppose. Well at least I can watch Vacation in peace now. You may have found this page Steve but you certainly didn't find any accurate information. First of all Dana Barron did not have a baby recently, secondly she's not divorced from anyone. She does not have 5 kids and I doubt wants 5. And yes Dana Barron is very much alive and kicking. Any association with her and someone named Tom Schmeck is obviously false you can tell by the name. Also her reported divorce from guitarist Jeff Fiorentino is also wrong and my online guitar forum actually helped Jeff out quite a bit by debunking the story when we saw he was going after those who were trying to make him a target as well. I guess they figured they would get a two fer one by adding Dana Barron to the mix but in the end she picked up a lot of music fans so in a small way it backfired. So to sum up Steve there is no accurate info here. Dana Barron is not divorced, does not have 5 kids, and is alive and still acting. God bless her from what we all hear at guitar101 she's an awesome person and she deserves props not put downs from jealous losers who are sorry about their own lives. For those of you who feel sorry for Dana Barron, DON'T, I would admire her if I were you. She's living a very cool interesting life, most of us can only dream of the life she's lived. For accurate Dana Barron information I suggest visiting her imdb.com page and her Wikipedia page.
