Daryl Hall and John Oates

July 3, 2011
Once at the very top of The Rock 'n soul charts (particularly during the 70's and 80's), Hall and Oates seemingly "disappeared" for a brief period. In recent years, they've made a remarkable comeback. As a group, they decided to perform live in small to mid-size venues. Just prior to making that decision, however, Daryl Hall embarked on a solo career. He had already done a solo album in the mid - 80's called "Three Hearts in the Happy Ending Machine" - and received mixed reviews. But unlike John, Daryl's true passion has always been the soul music he grew up with - music created by his heroes such as Smoky Robinson and The Temptations. His CD's, such as Soul Alone and I Can't Stop Dreaming are pure genius. If you've not yet had the opportunity, check out Daryl collaborating with established and up and coming artists on his website, http://www.livefromdarylshouse. com. You will not be disappointed.

Also - Daryl and John are performing live again - to sold out crowds across the country. For dates and additional information, visit http://www.hallandoates. com.
