David Duchovny arrest on set of Californication

I love this show! LOVE IT! I was staring at these photos trying to figure out what was going on, and I figured out just a few things. 1. Hank's (David Duchovny) former partner Karen (Natascha McElhone) has returned from New York for some reason 2. Hank still has the car, wonder if he ever got that headlight fixed 3. He either hit someone with the car, or was in a fight outside of the house.
