David Spade, currently on "rules of engagement" but best known for his turns on "Saturday Night Live" and "Just Shoot Me," and in the films "Tommy Boy," "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star," "Grown-Ups," has just listed his 4BR/3.5BA home on the Pacific Coast Highway for $13,500,000.
Property records show the place was bought back in 2005 for $9.3 million.
