Remember when Deena got arrested for dancing in the street? Well, want to know what her massive fine was? $139.00 Yeah, THAT'S IT! It was a $106 dollar fine for not using the sidewalk, and $33.00 in court costs. She got off easy!!! That's barely her bar tab for Happy Hour.
