Filming continues in Florence, Italy on the 4th season of MTV's Jersey Shore and yesterday castmember Deena Nicole Cortese almost DIED! Well, maybe not died ... but she did end up dangling off a bridge with only Sammi Sweetheart Giancola to keep her from falling to the river below ... a precarious position to be in, for sure.
