Demi Lovato was spotted leaving a two-hour session at a day spa in Los Angeles yesterday! She tweeted about her day, saying "Just got done with all of my work and appointments and what not.. Getting ready while listening to almost-finals of new songs!!!"

Demi stars in Princess Protection Program with BFF Selena Gomez on the Disney Channel next month! The film will air on June 26th.
