Very, very sad news to pass along today ... music legend Dick Clark has died. After struggling with health issues for the past few years stemming from a fairly serious stroke, it is being reported that Clark passed away this morning after he suffered a massive heart attack ... he was 82. News of his death is new so there aren't very many details ... one thing's for sure, tho, Clark's death will have a huge impact ...
