The Cheetah Girls' star Adrienne Bailon was caught with her pants down when semi-nude pics were found posted on the Web over the weekend.

Adrienne Bailon posing provocatively in a bra and showing her bare behind the risqu snaps were designed for her fianc Robert Kardashian, the younger brother of Kim Kardashian, as an anniversary surprise.

Adrienne Bailon has threatened legal action against the thief who leaked her naked pictures on to the internet.

The photos were reportedly stored in her laptop which was stolen in late October at Jfk International Airport in New York while Bailon was waiting for a flight.

Bailon's nude photo scandal comes after High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens was outed in the nude on the web, and Miley Cyrus was embroiled in a racy photo scandal after her email was hacked.
