I am Dr. Carlin Vickery and I am Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with 30 years of experience and practicing in New York. I have consistently broken new ground in the field of Plastic surgery. I have a passion for my work that has driven me to seek the highest possible levels of surgical training. After earning my M.D. from the New York University School of Medicine, I completed eight rigorous years of post-doctoral training, first as a general surgeon, then as a plastic surgeon and microsurgeon. I am among a select group of surgeons with board certifications in general surgery and Plastic surgery, in addition to a specialization in microsurgery.In my spare time, I maintain an interest in medical missions in Ethiopia, and I am a nationally ranked equestrian eventing participant. I live in New York City with my husband, Jim Capalino, a renowned government relations consultant.
