Ellen DeGeneres To Join American Idol

Big news from the world of American Idol after it was announced that Ellen DeGeneres will replace Paula Abdul as a judge on the TV talent contest.

The Fox series announced a deal that would make the wildly popular talk show host the new fourth judge on America's top-rated show sitting alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara Dioguardi.
