First Shots of Tom Hardy as Bane

Here are the first shots of Tom Hardy as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises which was discovered through some viral marketing treasure hunt. As far as first pictures go, he looks decent.
I'm more impressed by how marketing for the new Batman movie tricked people into doing work to find a picture. Never underestimate how hard people will work for free stuff. The marketing department must be laughing their asses off right now.
