Mike Starr, former Alice in Chains bassist and patient on season 3 of VH1's Celebrity Rehab was found dead in a Salt Lake City home earlier today, according to TMZ.
Starr, 44, who was on Celebrity Rehab in 2009 for an addiction to heroin, was arrested just last month for felony possession of a controlled substance with Salt Lake City cops saying he had 6 Xanax pills and 6 Opana (painkiller) pills on him when he was busted.
