Fox finally confirms new 'X Factor' judge Cheryl Cole

As Simon Cowell already told Deadline.com a couple weeks back, British "X Factor" coach/judge Cheryl Cole is joining the U.S. version this fall. The deal obviously was signed in stone this week.
