R.I.P to the poetic-musical legend Gil Scott-Heron who reportedly passed away at the age of 62 around 4 pm eastern time at New York's St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital.
The artist's publisher, Jamie Byng has confirmed the passing on Twitter, "Just heard the very sad news that my dear friend and one of the most inspiring people I've ever met, the great Gil Scott-Heron, died ...
